I mean yeah. Are these people trying to tell me that most of Cuba’s or the DPRK’s problems aren’t the result of sanctions and embargos? These things exist, it’s an undisputed fact reported by every liberal news outlet. They are meant to hurt the population, that is their entire purpose. So of course capitalists are to blame for those problems.
