It was linked to be by a @Sickomus as a source of history regarding ProleWiki. As you might expect it is is full of his normal social imperialist talking points and such. Also he calls himself a “Marxist Leninist Stalinist” now instead of his previous Hoxhaist beliefs for some reason.

Oh boy you’re in for a long story.

He joined Lemmygrad and then a bit later, Prolewiki. He was banned after a few weeks/months on Lemmygrad for being overly sectarian and getting into huge fights with other users over China specifically. He made the c/Hoxhaism community just to yell about China. That’s really his one big issue.

We opened a People’s Court thread to ask the community how they felt about him and pretty much everyone was in agreement that he should be banned. Those that weren’t (I used to defend him, now just wish he would go live under a rock) were quickly convinced after they saw how he behaved in that thread.

He made a second account to reply in the thread and elsewhere and when called out on it, he first pretended it wasn’t him. Then he admitted to it and edited his comments to say “I” instead of “Wisconcom” on the alt.

He got into fights in the Court thread too and once a ban was looming, he changed his tune, became apologetic and said he would make his community less sectarian etc. etc. Nothing changed and we banned him either way.

He’s since tried to make several alts (apparently that Sickomus account was him too? We banned it after a few hours for being a downvote troll).

Thing is we (I) can usually tell it’s him because he’s very specific in how he talks and acts. Also when he’s called out he deletes his account lmao.

We kept him on Prolewiki after his 'grad ban because despite both projects being somewhat connected, they’re independent from each other. And he made plenty of good edits on Prolewiki – again though, he got into huge discussions over China and he decried that we were an encyclopedia controlled by Dengist. PW is about 2 years old and was started on Lemmygrad who are huge defenders of China, how else was it gonna turn out? Idk, he expected that ProleWiki would maintain a “neutral” stance on events I guess (an impossible task) and that Hoxhaists – of which there were just two – would be allowed to do their thing without consideration for the greater project?

Eventually we had to put a moratorium with him on China because the thing with him is he will repeat bourgeois propaganda about China and never, ever budge no matter how long the debate lasts. Points that he’s brought up before will get brought up again, it just goes in circles. So he was given an ultimatum to stop making edits about China or even bring it up again, which he did.

But then eventually he decided to leave Prolewiki of his own volition, in September. So like okay, it’s your choice. Except (!!!) he came back a few days later with a petition he wrote himself asking for several things, including an auditor role to get access to more inside info and more transparency. He was disappointed he was never considered for an admin position despite his work which he literally never brought up before.

After that, he had huge conversations with the other admin (Forte) and eventually seeing wisconcom wouldn’t budge on his position and started becoming hostile (it ended with a fuck you from him so), he was banned for his behaviour. To this day he maintains he was banned for being a Hoxhaist but that’s not true.

He comes across as wishy-washy, one day apologising for the insults and getting heated, and then doubling down on it the next. When we’d present evidence about stuff he said he’d claim they were faked screenshots.

How can you begin to trust someone whom you gave access to your website after these stunts?

He’s also tried to get back on Prolewiki under different names and failing that (again we can spot him from a mile away, we’ve got our means) he used to disparage us on his tiny 5 follower twitter and tried to make alts on Prolewiki claiming, once again, that they were not him but just Hoxhaist friends or whatever. Eventually after a public convo with him on Twitter he said he stopped caring about our project and deleted his Twitter. I’m not sure I believe that though, because he’s pulled that excuse in the past.

I will say though we have changed our processes a bit on Prolewiki since then which was for the better. We now involve the editors more in decisions, especially vetting on Discord and on the wiki. See that’s the thing with him, he doesn’t necessarily have bad ideas, he’s just very untrustworthy and could very well be dangerous if we were not on the Internet. He takes everything as a personal injury and instead of approaching us with a plan to add editors on the vetting processes, decided to retire and then come back with a petition demanding privileges if he ever was to come back. Goes about it completely the wrong way and makes you feel that he was never your comrade.
