    1. I only know the answer to the “what happened to it” part, but the podcast is still going. The subreddit moved to a website called chapo.chat which rebranded to hexbear.net when they ideologically became more marxist than the podcast. They should be working on becoming a part of Lemmygrad…soon? Their current software is running an old fork of Lemmy and they’re figuring out how to update it without losing everything.

    2. For courtesy you should use they/them for everyone you’re not sure about (though most people without pronouns in their username are masc, I think. I dunno, dudes are weird). If you want to put pronouns in your display name, there’s no flairs or anything like that yet so you just have to edit your display name in your profile settings or put it in your profile description.
