Maybe I’m blind, but that person seems to have just completely made up a lie saying people said “Jews deserve to die” in the comments.
Also, since they mention living in Israel, I find it borderline fucking laughable that they can’t go out to eat as if they are in a “war.” There’s no fucking war, you dumb fuck. There was like a day or a few of something resembling a war and since then it’s been Israel punishing everyone in Gaza for the audacity of a few of them to do the only thing they could do which is lash out violently. So if this were 3 weeks ago, ok, maybe they’d be on lockdown or whatever. But now? Why? What threat is there for those inside “Israel?” The iron dome can handle the few stray rockets that might get close.
I dunno, this comment has gone on too long already, but something about calling it a war when one side has the best weapons basically a military can possess along with the full backing of the wealth and military (or threat of intervention anyway) of the biggest imperialist power(s) on earth and the other side has no actual backing as of now and only vague suggestions of aiding if things continue as they are. This doesn’t even need a metaphor. It’s just high tech drones and bombers dropping the most deadly explosives they have available (minus nukes I suppose) onto a population that is like 50% literal kids. That person is more worried about their gf feeling sad than the 3000 or so kids blown up in the last few weeks. And then the gall to tell people “hey this isn’t the place!” When they call out the bullshit! Maybe just stfu! That’s probably one of the more disgusting layers of the current genocide happening is not only do bloodthirsty Israelis and westerner allies desperately want to do it but they also don’t want you even lightly questioning them. It’s not good enough for them to be Nazis. We’re all expected to fully embrace them as they do it. Fuck that shit.
