      I wanna say beef just because that’s the meat I’m most familiar with taste-wise when it comes to birria, but goat does sound bussin.

            Well, take this with a grain of salt, no pun intended, but I made a stew with lamb meat and I cooked it for a while and it wasn’t cooked as well as I’d like, but part of it may be that it was stew and that the pieces were a little bit too thick, but I’m sure if you find a recipe for it, cooking it shouldn’t be too tough

              Hehe, I have completed it! I borrowed some beer from work and used it in the stew! I cook it for about an hour and a half. The meat was super tender!

                Nice! Yea I used lamb meat in a stew and used a Guinness inside for taste but I added too much Guinness and didn’t cook the meat enough, so basically your meal sounds like a delicious version of the stew I made that didn’t work well
