Jewel Hossain, an adolescent from Bogra’s College Gate neighborhood, was beaten to death for protesting his mother’s inadequate earnings in a rice field.
After the teenager’s mother filed a case in the case, two people were arrested on Friday (June 10).
Jochna Begum, the dead teenager’s mother, informed the reporters that she obtained a job in a nearby attic for Tk 4,000 per month. If she asked a raise, the owner would lower her pay by Tk 500. As a result, one thousand BDT has been cut to three thousand in the last two years. Due to her poverty, Jochna Begum continued to labor on this income.
