Man, this Jesus dude sounds like a cultist greedy despot to the point he compares “his kingdom” to a greedy capitalist
Matthew 25:14-30
14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[a] and entrusted to them his property. 15 To one he gave five talents,[b] to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. 16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. 17 So also he who had the two talents made two talents more. 18 But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master’s money. 19 Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. 20 And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ 21 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.[c] You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have made two talents more.’ 23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed, 25 so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’ 26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. 29 For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
Religious freedom is an inherent liberal trait, while Anti-Idealism is an inherent Marxist trait, so I don’t worry if someone that has an ideology which in a critical sense is as contradicyory as patsoc, nazbol, monsoc. But because of magic allegations, suddenly, special pleadings are granted? Not me. And sorry if you feel frustrated or something, but at least recognize you pray the same god fascists, liberals, monarchists, theocracists, imperialist, etc do while also advocate and advertise the same deity and religion while also enabling and promoting the same Bible that has been used due to its explicit language to condone slavery, imperialism, xenocentrism, tribalism and all reactionary rethoric.
“buuuuuhuuuu atheist liberals tooo!” yeah, but my understanding of the world is an absencen of your affirmation, and atheism leads to simply put:not be inside a religion.
I’m not a religious person. But you want to force people to become atheist? Bro, even USSR,China and other AES states with their state atheism didn’t able to remove religion completely. People don’t just become a believer just because they believe a magical being will grant their wishes. They probably done something wrong before so they choose religion to feel forgiven. My opinion might be wrong though. I think its just the way you speak that makes me uncomfortable.
Edit: After thinking for a while and browsing reddit,I confirm that you speak like a bigot. You speak like your opinion is right while my opinion is wrong. I hate those kind of people doesn’t matter whether they are communist or not.

some people just need something to believe in. The idea that there is a greater meaning to their lives and everything beyond is really important to people.
Don’t care, just pointing out that nit picking like… What, APPARENTLY socialist quotes (how many are in contrast with blatant reactionary rethoric?) I can make the same!
And if I get spammed with this apologist insincere revisionist sub site I sure am gonna spam back.
As in Luke 19, the rich man in the parable does not represent God, the parable is about the injustice of demanding that a profitable gain is owed beyond that which they loaned. Under this usurious system, “all those who have, more will be given; but from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away” (Luke 19:26). The hero of the story is the servant who avoids usury and who stands up to the rich man, telling him “you are a harsh man; you take what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow” (Luke 19:21).
Luke 19:21 NRSVCE : you are a harsh man; you take what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow.’
Luke 19:26 NRSVCE : ‘I tell you, to all those who have, more will be given; but from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away.
Yes, this is a perfectly valid and plausible interpretation of that scripture text. I agree fully.
My comment was meant more to highlight the absurdity of what VictimOfReligion was saying. The kind of vulgar anti-religiosity they were engaged in annoys me to no end, and is driving the masses straight into the arms of the right wing.

This kind of behavior is almost like a liberal, no offense. Sorry if you have a rough time with religion.
