  • I tried every app I could find on TestFlight:

    • Thunder
    • Liftoff
    • Memmy
    • Mlem

For the moment WefWef is better than all of them.

I keep those apps installed to keep track of their advancement, because I usually prefer using native apps, but they are not ready yet and WefWef is just so great and works so well it’s hard to believe it’s a webapp

Space Muggle destroyed its ad revenues by allowing the worst people on Earth on Twitter. No one gives a shit about his blue checks, so he had to make up some shit to brute force people to subscribe (you have 10 times the amount if you’re a blue subscriber)

In the meantime, Bluesky had to pause the registration, because even with a system based on invitation they couldn’t handle the influx of new users.

The moment Bluesky is out for everyone Twitter is dead. It will become an echo chamber for angry right-wingers with no one to listen.

  • Lol, is that a joke ???

I use Linux and MacOS. The scaling tools on Linux are the absolute worst. I have a 15 inch 1080p laptop plugged to a 24 inch display and this is a fucking nightmare to make the two working correctly. Whatever the distribution or the GNU, being Gnome, XFCE, Wayland, Sway. Arch or Debian based…

On the other hand I got a 14 inch MBP connected to 2 UltraFine 24 and an 2560x1080 monitor with absolutely zero issue.

I can adapt every single definition on every single screen, and the system remembers the def I set when plugging/unplugging.

MacOS external screen management tools is the best I’ve ever seen.

Your comment shows that you know absolutely nothing about macOS

You want an even more unpopular opinion? I use WebKit based browsers for web developing because of the clarity of the devtools, performance and Interop.

You can go take a look at the web inspector documentation on WebKit.org to check the features.

So one and only thing I miss from Chrome is Lighthouse.

  • Well, first we need to define what healthy means, because you could die of water intoxication, meaning there is a point where quantity matters.

Are cheese and butter healthy ? Not if it’s your only diet, but there are tons of very healthy things in cheese and butter. And of course, the same goes for every thing. So we must have balance in mind when defining an healthy food.

The second is to define what is cheap. In most of European countries, fresh food is relatively cheap, but in other countries they can super expensive. And there’s nothing more healthy than fresh food. So you definitely need fresh food as a base for an healthy balanced meal.

    The third is highly subjective.

As for my healthy delicious cheap meal:

    Breakfast

One scrambled egg by Gordon Ramsay with a melted slice of cheddar on toast and A fruit salad of one orange, one kiwi and one apple

    Lunch

Spaghettis with fresh garlic, olive oil, fresh basil and tomato wedges

    Dinner

Pan-fried chicken fillet with frozen peas and carrot rings

    Snack

    Any fruit really
