Means not refugee movement in that timeframe, but datapoints showing the sum of refugee ukrainians counted at that time.
By end of 2023 Russia took in more ukrainian refugees than Germany about half a year later.

Why was it again, that so many people had to flee their home? And such a big part of them to Russia?
