There are probably better local websites in the countries you’re going to if you want apartments. I don’t know any in France, but they have them in other countries. Ask around. Vacation destinations are literally all apartments for rent by tourists.
I can conveniently inform you that the equivalent thing, an “apartment hotel” in Stockholm is a lot more expensive than a hotel room, and like 5 times the price of a normal, boring Airbnb apartment. I don’t know about the rest of Sweden, but I’d assume that it’s the same everywhere here.
