    Tiny island countries are the easiest and best case for going all renewable. Wind resources in NZ must be absolutely crazy on the west coasts of the islands. They could probably pursue some innovative tidal/wave power. Loser-ass move.

    Kudos to NZ for admitting it I guess. Here in Canada we’re basically screaming about how we’re still committed to our goals despite not making any progress on it for decades. And our new prime minister has committed to increasing military spending to like 150 billion (current spending is about 30 billion), so yeah we’re not doing shit about climate change here either.
