Seems like an abject failure to uphold the oath he took to the constitution which says they all must get a trial. Shame the law doesn’t matter.
What if, stay with we, we just removed due process. I mean, we’ve already dropped habeas corpus thanks to the GWOT and Gitmo (20 people still there uncharged going on 24 years)… in fact why have a legal system at all?
