        Google’s image translate works in a pinch, can’t vouch for the accuracy but you can get a decent idea of what’s being said.

            Just download Google Translate on your phone, press the camera icon, and point it at whatever you want translated, and it’ll translate the text in real-time (you can also take a photo if you don’t want to try to hold your hand still). Now I’m not the biggest fan of Google, but that feature is VERY helpful when in countries where you don’t speak the language, and for things like this.
