    Cool, I’ll try it next time. Just a slight nitpick, though. Yamato (やまとor 大和) is not the name of the language, but how the country was called centuries ago. The name of the language would be Nihongo (日本語).

      Thanks. TBH I came up with the language prompts by translating the name of whatever language I’m working with into that language using deepl and included every word that matched. So I would translate the word “Japanese” in English into Japanese. I do this because, like many burgers, I am monolingual.

        It’s a very nifty bot and I think you’re doing a service to the Lemmy community by having it here. I just don’t get that many opportunities to show off my decidedly middling knowledge of the Japanese language :P
