Whomever wins will have to come into the resolution of Ukraine, Palestine, possible collapse or at least gaping hole in Bretton Woods system, decisions about wars with Iran and China etc. And there’s no downside for losing, donations will still flow, support will still be strong, hell they might be even stronger as the losing party loudly blame winners for everything and mobilise donors, cultists and apathetics.
