There is quite a difference between “Extreme Poverty” and “Poverty” Why does the title say “… out of poverty” and the first sentence in the video says “extreme poverty”. Is the title wrong on purpose?
Even the word poverty means something else between China and developed countries. Just as a simple example how it is defined in one single number, “Living on less than $ per day”:
