For my main sports, I follow Football and Ice Hockey pretty closely.

I watch tennis a bit when there’s a grand slam on, I follow badminton games on the BWF youtube channel sometimes. I watch the tour de france. I sometimes watch bandy, which is a sport similar to ice hockey. And I’m getting into cricket and baseball.

I watch basketball clips and follow the drama. Don’t know a single thing about The sport otherwise. I become interested when my city is winning then never care if they’re losing.

I have a habit of getting a crush on the female athletes in the Olympics, so there are times when I suddenly become interested in gymnastics, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, etc.

    I mostly follow football(soccer).

I only really follow North-American sports (Baseball, Basketball, Ice Hockey) when there’s a Canadian team doing well, or sometimes if the playoffs/championships are on, or nothing else is on and i feel like watching a sport. I’d be more into NBA if there were less ads.

I like Winter Olympics a lot more than summer. Bobsled/luge, curling, biathlon, downhill skiing/snowboarding are all fun to watch every 4 years.

I’ve been getting into chess again after only playing it casually in elementary school chess club many years ago, it’s pretty fun. I wish the highlights of games were put together better, I like live coverage where commentator GMs analyze positions, but games are like 2-6 hours, and most people’s recaps of games go too quickly, I think 15-30 minutes is how long a chess game highlight should be.

For football (soccer) I try to follow the Barcelona games and also some of the later stage knockout rounds from the champions league, tennis occasionally, when the olympics come around: gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, marathon, ice skating, table tennis can be fun to watch too.

    MMA

Around 1995 I got tired of (American) football games being so incredibly long. And after that even though I sort of liked basketball - I stopped watching all team sports all together.

During the Olympics I might watch some sports that I never do like track and field, weightlifting, swimming, ice skating, etc.
