    Mars was attacked too? In the books it was only earth Mars depopulated via exodus to the new free real estate.

      Mars did not get rocks flung at it in the show, but the MCRN parliament was bombed, presumably by Inaros’ faction – and of course the inners did team up against the OPA, and more specifically the Free Navy.

      Marco said in his speech in season 5 episode 4 that “[The Free Navy] are the ones responsible for striking our oppressors on Earth and Mars.”
