There was an auto correct there. 'Stressed’should be ‘shredded’. He got a MCU bod, and while describing the process later he talks about how not sustainable it is and if he didn’t have a TV show budget to hire trainers and stuff it wouldn’t not be possible.
He got absolutely stressed for one of the more recent seasons and was back to normal after that season as well
for a second i thought you were joking and that was the cause of his weight gain… made me lol for a second, but then i read it again and that’s sad :(
