Oh lord, this video was such a mess. I think empanada did a full review of this Gatesian propaganda piece.

The video has a lot of the same capitalist realism stuff that got us here in the first place. At one point, It legit talks about light bulbs and electric cars in developed countries as if that’s going to save the world.

I’m cautiously optimistic myself about the climate myself, but it will be a very miserable journey there.
