I’ve given up trying to avoid “whataboutism”, given how they obviously aren’t speaking in good faith. So I bring up Churchill every time a lib tries to demonize a socialist figure since it’s such blatant hypocrisy.
Western politicians cite this sack of shit as their inspiration all the time but doing the same for even Lenin would spell the end for one’s political career in the political mainstream for most liberal “democracies”.
