Idk i actually like spaces as a concept in that anyone even without an account can listen in live, but i’ve had spaces break on me several times because it’s owned by mr boer now. At least discord wouldnt break, although I still dont like relying on a corporation like discord either.
There is jitsi but I don’t know if it’s easy or not to use it. Apart from that you only have a choice between depraved megacorporation owned platforms. The communist party where I live does a lot of shit on facebook but since I don’t use I am excluded from it.
Jitsi Meet is very easy to use in my experience, you can use meet.jit.si if you don’t want to self-host it

matrix will pretty much have VOIP between many many clients within the year; the big thing is being able to listen in without an account like i said imo
