You win the war when you sue for peace multiple times and literally beg for mercy in the end of war after you besieged a city, killed millions of civilians while allied with nazis… Also I wonder how many times, if ever they make memes on USA actually lost wars and humiliations: DPRK, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Cuba, F-117 shot down along with 300 other planes etc.
