in flag form.The guy who made the flag, Christopher Gadsden, owned two plantations in the South and enough slaves to fill it. He also owned a wharf that brought 40% of all African slaves into the US. He thought that British taxation was slavery while actual slavery was not treading on anybody??

Pretty sure Gadsden was pro-slavery so the “Don’t Tread On Me” doesn’t mean what libs and lolbertarians want it to mean.
