Not two weeks after a ceasefire was unilaterally voted by the coloniser’s parliament, the same government of Israel said they would allow the flag march throughout Damas, but only in small groups. Tensions are already growing with settlers openly taunting Palestinians, and the colonial police arresting those Palestinians for responding to the taunts.

Hamas has taken note of the situation. They are actively monitoring the march and have issued warnings to their invader: keep the march going, keep your settlers riled up, and we will retaliate with a storm of our own.

Stay tuned.

The flag march is now underway, and already you can see huge groups cheering and chanting “Death to Arabs!”. Police is getting belligerent with Palestinians, though very subdued for now.

I think it’s safe to say Hamas will not let this go unpunished, and in fact the occupier is already deploying the iron dome and diverting flights.

The occupier bent the knee last month when they voted for a unilateral ceasefire as Palestinian rockets were saturating the Iron Dome, so who knows why they seem to believe they will be able to win this time.

A community for everything related to Palestine and the occupation currently underway by the occupying force known as Israel.

Anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism. Existence is resistance for Palestinians.

Please refer to Israel as Occupied Palestine, or occupied territories. The IDF is a fascist and ethnonationalist occupying force. Israelis are settlers. We understand however that the imperial narrative (which tries to legitimise Israel) is internalised in the imperial core and slip-ups are naturally expected.

We always take the sides of Palestine and Palestinians and are unapologetic about it. Israel is an occupying power whose “defence force”'s (note the contradiction) sole purpose for existing is to push Palestinians out so they can resettle their rightful land. If you have anything positive to say about Israel we do not care.
