This is always a good thing because it means you have grown. Be very wary of people who liked their past selves better.
Yeah, especially the ones who “peaked in high school”. Those are usually bullies, dullards and combinations of both.
Don’t worry about the bullies. You‘ll barely ever meet them. Except if you ever make it to the board of directors which is unlikely. (Not you personally, just statistics)
Or if you move into a neighborhood with an HOA.
i like your username :)
Thanks. The funny part is that this is like the 5th variation that I tried because all the others were already taken months ago on multiple instances, hence the extra underscore.
Interesting! I assume it would be possible to change the u‘s for v‘s or the e for a 3, the s for a 5 but I suppose thats not important. :)
If you find it interesting, then it’s already important:

Wanna bet I can throw this football over them mountains?

Better than: “Woah, was I smart back then” ^^
Tbf I could actually remember the formulas I needed. So in a way I was smarter back then.
Nah but for real I was an idiot. I still am, but I used to be one too.
INT vs WIS kind of thing maybe?

Not Another Teen Movie, if anybody is wondering where it’s from.
I worked at a movie theater when this came out, probably watched ten times or so, such a funny movie.
I tried watching it again recently and couldn’t bring myself to finish it.
That make me kind of sad in pants.
If you end up Captain America down the line, does how you were really matter?
Yes. Hitler could have became captain America had we given it enough time. He still would have done major atrocities. In fact, for some degenerates he is captain America.
Some of us refer to him as Homelander, and yes, he’s a removed.
Constitution says you have to be born in the USA to be Captain America.
👏 WHERE 👏 IS 👏 CAPTAIN 👏 AMERICA’S 👏 BIRTH 👏 CERTIFICATE? 👏
Endless until you die.
your brain is like a muscle. if you stop using it then it will get weaker. some people never stop learning and stay curious. most not so much.
Man the cycle is never ending
People who think that way have such little respect for their past selves. You all were doing the best you could with the knowledge and resources you had. If you weren’t, then you grew from it. Growing is what humans are supposed to be doing.
Me looking at myself in the mirror
This is why I’ll never get a tattoo. I was a dumbass 15 years ago, and I’m confident that in 15 years I’ll look back on today and realize all the ways I’m a dumbass now.
I don’t want that idiot picking a tattoo.
Every day some of our cells die and a bunch of new ones replace them. A person takes about 7 years to replace all of their cells and be a completely different individual.
This meme is scientifically accurate. That’s not actually correct. Some of our cells have high turnover, but many of our cells surprisingly don’t. The obvious example is nerve cells, which stop replicating at some point in our development and we have the same set for the rest of our lives (probably with caveats as always). A more surprising example is skeletal muscle cells, which except for specific circumstances, don’t divide. We pretty much have the same number of muscle cells our whole lives, they just grow and shrink in response to training or lack thereof, again with caveats. Another example is fat cells. Most people also don’t get new fat cells, but some people can make new fat cells, so it’s even complicated for that one example. So to tie things up, you don’t actually replace all of your cells every 7 years, and in fact the cells that are some of the most important to your survival generally never get replaced.
Body of Theseus.
This is why I don’t get a tattoo.
Funnily enough, I regret almost every decision that younger me made except my tattoos.
“Every age: “I’m glad I’m not the clueless person I was five years ago, but now I don’t want to get any older.””
No, I don’t think I will
