Looking through the developer’s comments elsewhere, it sounds like this is going to be a level 1-99 focused expansion (whereas the last one focused on 99+). Pretty excited! Although it does mean I should get in gear and try to finish my cape of completion if I want the satisfaction of getting it done before it gets taken away again with the new influx of content 😓
