There is this YouTube channel called The Michael Parenti Library which has a bunch of Parenti lecture videos. I ripped the audio from them, did some very minor processing and uploaded them as a podcast. So if you want you can listen them through whatever podcast app you use (if you use one).

How’s Parenti doing these days? He’s undoubtedly retired, but I’m wondering if he’s made any commentary on the current state of things.
There was actually a post about this on the GenZedong subreddit before quarantine. Some people were able to meet Parenti in person. He was not doing well in terms of health. Something like dementia from what I recall but don’t quote me. As such he would probably not be able to give coherent thoughts on the matter.
Sad, but in his circumstance I’m not sure I would want to know exactly what is going on.
Yeah, it’s definitely dementia.
You could see the cognitive decline creeping in on him in some of his later lectures where he loses the thread and needs prompting. Anyone who has seen dementia from its early stages would recognise the signs in him.
Note that this was at the tail-end of a long lecture but at about 2:45 into the video he struggles. Can’t find the whole thing on YouTube anymore 😔
Edit: Found the full lecture
