Times are moving forward, climate disasters become more destructive and universal. With the time we have left, what are ways we can strategically influence people, online and in real life, to collectively decide enough is enough?

The indigenous peoples of the world are at the forefront of this. We need to focus on accelerating their struggles and pushing theories of revolution encompassing indigenous liberation, anti-racism, anti-imperialism, and anti-capitalism, also known as Decolonization.

The indigenous peoples of the US and Canada are getting desperate and we will likely start seeing armed contests over territory for environmental reasons (which for indigenous people, is one in the same with liberation), like that of the Oka Crisis. We have to be the vehicle for them to organize with the workers of the colonizer nations.

Unfortunately there’s no simple answer, and when I say simple I mean a book long answer!

The whole problem is that, yes a ton of people are afraid of the climate catastrophe, yes a good bunch of them blame capitalism to some extent, but the fraction of people who know how to make a revolution happen isn’t sufficient at all.

So we’re kinda stuck with the same old principles of relentlessly teaching people about being materialistic and dialectical in their approach of politics. The climate crisis might accelerate this, since a lot lf radlibs are getting some life experience with politics through their climate action, but I would argue that there’s no easy way to capitalise on the crisis beyond using it as yet another solid argument
