Former President Donald Trump was indicted for an unprecedented third time on August 1, adding another set of serious federal charges to the mounting legal issues he faces.

      The post I responded to says "why the hell so you need a judge to rule he is a criminal’. It is not the grand jury indictment (that is a different conversation to be had) it is that comment

      Not exactly due process.

      Does that explain my concern?
