Yup. I’ve encountered this exact kind of lib before. I don’t know what it is, but I do actually somewhat respect the fact that they say the open part out-loud. None of the sniveling “Muh human rights/democracy!” talk, just straight up “I LOVE THE C.I.A AND MURDER”.
