You probably could refuse such work quite easily. You just wouldn’t make a thing about it. This ruling has an aura of strategic litigation about it. They could’ve just said, ‘no’, but that wouldn’t have led them (or their backers) to this precedent, which will now be used by prejudiced fucks to continue their agenda of hatred and bigotry.
