Unless you are overclocking, the motherboard doesn’t really matter much. You only need to make sure it supports all the ports, storage options etc. Personally, I would pick something like ASUS TUF series, I’ve had good experience with it, and it is not overly gamerly.
I am overclocking
You can’t overclock unless the processor has an unlocked multiplier. i5-13600K or 13600KF (no IGPU variant) at least as only the intel CPUs with a K have unlocked multipliers.
Multipliers?
They multiply (e.g. 35x) the base clock (always 100mhz), which what determines the frequency of the CPU (3.5Ghz).
