I use edge on my Linux desktop because it works well with Microsoft Office web apps. I hate Microsoft and I’ve gotten into trouble at work for pushing against it vocally but this seems like a minor victory to me that I don’t have to use windows to complete my day to day job because Microsoft came to me (Linux) instead of me to them (Windows).
Office 365 is still literal trash btw.
I guess a webdev could want to make sure their website works fine on all browsers, or maybe because of some silly corporate requirements. Anyway the option is always good to have, because someone might need it.
