    Is this guy trying to argue that these solar panels were just…there already and ebil China stole their electricity like the hamburglar or something?

    I’m trying to understand what this is saying beyond the “China bad”

    I think what it is implying is that “East Turkestan” owns those solar panels because…umm…sure the Chinese government was the one that had them built but uhh…they would’ve maybe possibly built them on their own without access to China’s sizable solar panel industry and federal government aid? So it’s basically stealing because they maybe could’ve done it on their own without the central government?

    I really don’t understand this kind of logic. Though I think him mentioning the value of the solar panels is a bit of a giveaway as to his real interests in the region.
