They use Chech Vampir (shelling of the center of Donetsk on December 15) and French CAESAR (shelling of shops and markets, like on December 5, where 5 people were killed) artillery on civilians, along with USA’s HIMARS. Of course, NATO countries always have time to help other governments kill civilians. I can’t find the source for this at the moment, but IIRC the individual HIMARS can only be fired after approval from Amerika, meaning they’d be completely aware of where the targets are
