At least 2,215 Palestinians, including 700 children, have been killed over the past week in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the Hamas-controlled areas, CNN reported citing UNICEF.       If they’re confirmed deaths then absolutely. There’s no way the Palestinians have been able to dig through all of the ruins caused by Israeli attacks.

        They addressed this in the Hamas press conference - not only do they not have enough personnel to answer all the calls for help they were getting from people trapped in the rubble, but they don’t have the equipment to move the rubble, and also it keeps getting bombed so they wouldn’t even be able to do much even if they had the people and equipment.
