Did access to the emoji git repo change after federating? I’m trying to update some of my sticker packs

The way that emojis are configured has changed since updating the site backend so there wasn’t a need to store them in the git repo anymore. Maybe. I don’t know what happened to the git repo. The way that emojis are configured has changed since updating the site backend so there wasn’t a need to store them in the git repo anymore.
