Yes, it had it’s own init system as well, also written in Python. It was a great scientific experiment. I’m sad Pardus died. The community tried to keep it going as Pisi Linux, but it’s hard without government support.
Turkey also had it’s own Linux Distro Pardus, until a pro-US mafia destoyed it.
