Form your own chapter
I live in a small, mostly rural village (it’s not a shithole though) and me and my buddy (who I convinced to read “Introduction to Marxism”) and we formed our own chapter.
Via online we contacted a bigger group for logistical support, information, etc
They even gave us some info on leftists they knew lived in our area and we eventually got a group of 7 people.

Yeah, I’m not married to this area, I’m going to move soon. Things aren’t always simple as “forming your own chapter”
