Ya, there are a few journals that publish some of the reports and proceedings from the NPC in English, and of course there’s CGTN, but it’d be nice to see more detailed updates on BRI and things. I’m trying to learn Chinese rn so I can get up to speed within in a few years.

What resources are you using to try and learn Mandarin?
I’m in the very beginning stages, but I’m using one called chineseclass101 that got leaked on torrents, and an app called hellochinese.
