Actually, that’s not true.

I run a single user Calckey instance (@thoralf@ck.umrath.net, moved from a single user Mastodon instance) and it works just fine. The only difference: The local timeline is just me.

But other than that, it works perfectly fine.

Wouldn’t any peertube-instance be the most natural choice for videos? Pixelfed likewise for pictures.

Ukraine, really miss the content from that subreddit. Pretty much the only thing I really miss.

Well, if you socialize all the costs around it (insurance, waste disposal for the next couple of hundred thousand years, etc.) it’s really cheap. If you calculate the true costs, it’s pretty much the most expensive way to generate electricity. And it’s not renewable either.
