Yeah covid was worth vaccinating against if you were above 50 or had other deceases since before, or were overweight and so on.

It was also worth vaccinating against if you were none of these things to ensure that people who couldn’t take the vaccine would benefit from herd immunity.

I’ve been lucky enough to see them live and I agree, each time was great!

I find box breathing quite helpful: breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, breathe out for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, and then keep repeating this. I find the counting soothing, and eventually my mind slows down and I can start noticing the things around me.
