And a tiny bit of white wine, and some salt. Freaking delicious.
Imagine this, but with a sample set that can’t be easily replicated and no one believes that you didn’t doctor them somehow. Not fun.
This is a sign of a dying tree, btw: https://www.davey.com/insect-disease-resource-center/oak-bracket/
Fiber and water. Find yourself a nice, vegetable soup recipe.
I think you have to do what’s best for your people. You have a very particular set of goals with Beehaw, and if the fediverse isn’t the right place for that then it’s fine to move on. I’ll be curious to see what you all decide to do, and, if you do leave, what you end up creating!
It’s interesting how much recent talk there’s been about tires being a major polluter in our world, and every article brings up the fact that EVs weigh more and will therefore cause more tire wear and tear. It’s not a false statement, but it ignores all other pollution benefits of EVs, and I find it very suspicious that this narrative is forming as EVs start to really gain traction. There are other solutions, instead of sticking with lighter gas guzzlers: Smaller cars or, gasp, better mass transit and pedestrian/biking facilities!
I had no idea the violent crime rates had decreased to pre-pandemic levels. That’s huge, and ofc none of the regular sources want to talk about something so positive.

I just switched to Antennapod, so I don’t have data from this year yet. I would guess my top three were:
Seriously, that’s a 20-25 minute walk. Perfect, natural exercise opportunity completely wasted!
In WA state they are nonpartisan, but not really. All that means is, as a voter, you have to read between the lines of everything they say, and as a supporter you spend an inordinate amount of time finding and providing proof of the views of these people to other voters. At this point I would really appreciate a D or R (or L, I, whatever) next to their names.
Wow, end of an era. ICQ was how I kept in touch with friends after I left for college. Back then, you had to pay per text on your phone or have a limited number each month, and ICQ was free.
