Yeah, it sounds like it works for some and not others. I’m on a 6a.
Still no fix for not being able to change the clock on the lock screen. :-(
it’s going to remain fucked for a long time.
So it’ll just take a long time to un-fuck it. Maybe we won’t even see it in our lifetimes. It also won’t be easy, but if everyone gives up and moves then we’re basically guaranteed failure.
This is not at all what I was saying, and I did not in fact give my full opinion. Based on his recent posts that don’t even have anything to do with city planning, he’s been kind of a dick and lashing out at people. No need to look any deeper than my actual words.
Personally, I think telling Americans to move and give up is a pretty bad message. I certainly get his frustration, but change has to start somewhere, even if I don’t see the results on my lifetime.
He’s actually been kinda cranky on Mastodon lately. I’ve actually thought about unfollowing him because he’s been a bit of a downer and even downright rude. Still love his videos, but I’m beginning to think he might be kind of a dick.
@gamingonlinux I can respond from a completely different place like Kbin! Why are some people against this?
Nebula is great, but it should be pointed out it is a paid service.
Mastodon was like that for a while. Most of my feed was non-stop rants about “the birdsite” for months. While there’s still plenty of that, it’s mostly moved on to other things. I suspect the same will eventually happen with kbin/lemmy. Might be a while though, since there’s still plenty of people still migrating over, and it makes sense they would want to talk about it.
Finally fixed the lock screen customization on my 6a, and a new clock! Yay
