Half the reason I still visit Reddit is so that I can hit /gme_meltdown (the other half is sports.)

I prefer people do that than either delete the comment, or edit the original. Otherwise the comment chain makes no sense, and people don’t get a chance to learn from the original incorrect comment.

As somebody who has been through liver failure and transplant, it really sucks. I do not recommend it.

The goal shouldn’t be to change minds, but instead to make people see that you aren’t crazy, and that you make some good points, even if they don’t agree with your overall message. Make which good points and they may start to come over to your side.

It’s often still people in developing countries answering the questions.

I think the real reason that Koch foundation, etc al, funded her campaign until last week was still that they’d have somebody qualified in case it’s rolled that Trump is ineligible.

I have a friend that is a sales manager for private planes. He said business exploded during the pandemic and then never slowed down. This despite flights being eye-wateringly expensive (like, 20k for one-way is a great deal, because you managed to book an empty leg.)

I also want to add that many landlords were beginning to demand that their tenants pay with venmo, or other e-payment services, and those leeches need to pay their taxes.

There are some movies that just don’t exist on streaming. I’ve torrented movies, then looked them up to see what service they’re streaming on, and you just can’t watch them, not even an option to pay for it.

I have to shit 3-5 times a day, so it’s irrelevant.
