The 360 is officially 20 years old. My live reaction:

I remember seeing an Xbox 360 at a friends house for the first time some time in 2006 and going
at the original Gears of War. I was utterly dazzled by the camera and everything being a contextual action signposted by button prompts and little icons, something that felt really futuristic at the time but that I’ve come to hate in games since
I bought one in 2007 along with Gears of War, Crackdown and Dead Rising. Honestly, I thought GoW was boring and DR wasn’t fun either, but actually enjoyed Crackdown a lot.
Had the console hooked up to my 14" CRT since I didn’t have an HDTV, like most people at the time.

I had same reaction with my friend letting me make a character in oblivion and played the halo3 demo in crackdown. I was woah open map woah online games? I literally couldn’t wait to get one.
