Colombia was in NATO?
It was a “partner nation” aka the bootlicker club.
And Colombia is, like, bootlicker of all bootlickers of US empire.

Now Argentina holds that place, together with Ecuador and Peru, but the biggest bootlicker in south america is still Paraguay.
Apparently there are a gaggle of countries that are “Global Partners”. Some of these make sense (dogs of the empire such as Australia and Japan), but I have no fucking clue what’s up with the rest.
