r/GenZedong users had a field day when it was later revealed that the loafers were manufactured in Vietnam and The North Face has no labour happening in China. Of course, we all knew this was a bullshit claim even before that fact came out.
Their reaction was quick and surgical. Most found messages of their own in their shoes:
