Trying to follow the advice and sign up to a closer instance and found the most active one in the UK (as far as I can see anyway).

Sign up worked fine but I’ve yet to receive a verification email (checked spam). When I signed up a second time to make sure it worked it says my email is taken but I don’t see any way of resending the verification email.

Thanks in advance! Hope this is the right place for this question… Still getting my head round this place

    Have you tried just speculatively logging in with the details from your first sign-up? There’ve been a few issues with emails not sending to certain providers, I don’t know the technical reasons, but you might be accepted and just not realise.

      Sadly it says its unverified when I try and log in. I’ll give it more time… I did try and do a password reset but that hasn’t come through either. They are maybe just over loaded
